Booked a couple room and a triplet room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come bavk again if the opportunity arises.

Good location , with bus stop (free bus in Wuyishan ) Infront hotel , and walking distance to the Impression Dahongpao show and Sangu Walking Street. Nice rooms with double beds and also play area available for kids, suitable for family. There's a walking path just behind the hotel along the stream. Cleanliness of the room can be improved. The wooden floor was actually very dirty and almost black in color when we wipe ourselves , and we informed the kids not to walk barefoot.

這次入住武夷山千禧度假酒店非常滿意，酒店大氣乾凈，環境美，房間安靜舒適。前臺工作人員小徐服務特別周到，其他工作人員也是笑容迎客。地理位置絕佳，去各個景點都方便，晚上看《印象大紅袍》走10分鐘路就到了。

人到酒店馬上有人幫忙拿行李，真的很貼心（畢竟我一家大小連住三天行李還有點多）；房間乾凈整齊，連這幾天下來，天天都打掃。飯店園區有很多景點可以拍攝，如大王峯….下次如果再去還會再來

入住體驗非常舒適。房間乾凈整潔，布局合理，細節到位。工作人員態度友善，服務細致周到，有需求時響應迅速。早餐種類豐富，味道不錯。酒店還有機器人送餐很智能，酒店位置便利，周邊安靜，休息得很好。整體感受超出預期，是一次低調而滿意的入住，值得推薦。 歡迎水果:歡迎水果也很新鮮 估計是快到圣誕??大堂的布置也很溫馨很有氣氛

最難評價的一次… 位置極佳，步行可達印象大紅袍，開車到景區兩個入口和閩越王城遺址也都很方便 但我這兩天趕上當地政協會議在這家酒店。先是大床房都被鎖，訂不著。后來訂到一間別墅大床房，很寬敞。但離店前一晚，別的房間空調外機一直在響，給前臺打電話調完好些。到后半夜又把我吵醒 入住時給了自助晚餐券，酒店本來也計劃平安夜做圣誕晚宴。但同樣是因為政協會議，自助餐廳也被包了…自助優惠券也無法用。和管家溝通后，幫我在隔壁餐廳安排了座位，按照日常標準上了豐盛的菜品（政協會議餐標是低于酒店日常標準的） 這是我去第一次住千禧集團酒店，管家服務實在是到位。會推薦親友們到武夷山選擇嘉園千禧，只是房間要選主樓，不要別墅的

1) During check in, there was an accidental change by the hotel of 2000 CNY. They refunded on the spot. But perhaps due to conversion rate, the refunded amount is about $14 lesser than the amount charged when converted to SGD. I am short-changed by their mistake. 2) Despite position itself as a 5 star hotel, their infrastructure is way too pathetic. Perhaps on the so called sustainability initiative, the water pressure was extremely small. I am better off staying in a village. 3) There were bell boys stationed at the hotel but they were there to be human signages. My family and I had quite a few luggages. None offer or even bother to help. 4) Smoking is permitted in most common areas. Definitely not for health conscious individuals. But good for those inconsiderate smokers who smokes everywhere, anywhere, anytime they want to. My suggestion: if the hotel wants to position itself as a premium one, then it better ensure its service and infrastructure meet such standards. For all other, pls think thrice if you want to stay in the hotel.

This is the best hotel at 武夷山，right smack in the middle of all the actions. The cleanliness, feel and ambience are 5 star and the price was really economical. Anyone who is coming here for a holiday at 武夷山 should book this hotel. The tour guide (小葉）recommended by the hotel was very knowledgeable and sincere. Really good experience at 武夷山。

Excellent service, extreme cleanliness and extra friendly customer service.

We love this hotel at Wuyishan. The room is spacious and clean. Their breakfast is nice too. The kids playroom is a good place for us parents to have a break while the kids played.Very thoughtful of the staffs to include children toiletries in the family room. The staffs are very polite and were kind enough to let us have a late check and even a farewell gift upon check out. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay despite it being a short one.
